Terms and Conditions



1. Acceptance of Quote This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this quote, whether verbally, electronically, or via signature, constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Pricing is based on the scope of work described. Any additional work requested will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $70 per hour. 


2. Scheduling and Cancellation Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans change, and we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $100 fee. 


3. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Bank Check. 


4. Warranty We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover pre-existing conditions, new damage, or issues arising from misuse or lack of maintenance. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials. 


5. Liability Trusthub Services, Inc carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for damage to existing components that are faulty, insecure, or not up to code at the time of service, or for the discovery of pre-existing concealed conditions (e.g., mold, asbestos, faulty wiring) that may require remediation by a specialist. 


6. Client's Property We will take all reasonable care to protect your property and clean up after the job. The client is responsible for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from the work area prior to our arrival. 


7. Permits and Codes It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals from homeowners' associations (HOAs) or local authorities, unless specifically agreed upon in writing as part of this contract.
